HISTORY

The Ferrari LaFerrari , unveiled in 2013 , is the ultimate culmination of Italian engineering and the visionary design of Flavio Manzoni , Ferrari's design director. Manzoni, renowned for his avant-garde approach and attention to detail, has infused LaFerrari has an aesthetic that combines raw power and timeless elegance.

The design of the LaFerrari is distinguished by its fluid and aggressive lines that optimize aerodynamics without compromising luxury and comfort . Every element is carefully thought out to improve performance and efficiency, while captivating the eye with an unmistakable presence on the road.

Flavio Manzoni has succeeded in giving the LaFerrari a unique visual identity that transcends simple driving lines to become an icon of contemporary automotive design. His meticulous work and passion for innovation have allowed Ferrari to continue to dominate the supercar sector, while affirming its commitment to excellence and pure elegance.

It’s a supercar that expertly combines captivating design with cutting-edge engineering under the hood. Designed to push the boundaries of automotive performance, the LaFerrari is powered by a 6.3-liter V12 engine, specially developed by Ferrari. This impressive engine delivers 800 horsepower, supported by a HY-KERS (Hybrid Kinetic Energy Recovery System) electric motor system that adds an additional 163 horsepower, for a combined total of 963 horsepower . This combination allows the LaFerrari to achieve extraordinary performance while optimizing energy efficiency through hybrid technology.

CREATION PROCESS

For each creation , an initial phase of research and documentation is essential, covering the model, its origins , its designer , and its technical aspects. The artist highlights the symbolism of the representation of an F18 fighter plane, a symbol of unmatched speed and power.

The first step is to make the pencil sketch of each sketch , a meticulous work requiring great mastery to capture all the details of the Ferrari. Then comes the inking phase with liner to accentuate the details. And finally, the artist does the coloring using alcohol markers and very soft pencils whose binder is wax-based.

Once the work is completed, the artist signs his works, dates them, and scans them to clean them up using professional software.

The artist spends about 15 days to complete the process , from the initial research phase to the final layout. This creation took almost 65 hours of work to complete.

Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and two personalized stickers bearing the signature "TIM DRAW". One sticker is affixed to the back of the work, while the other is attached to the certificate of authenticity.
